Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 5 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Renaissance Wien Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that children below the age of 13 years cannot be accommodated without an accompanying adult. Children between 13 and 15 years of age are required to provide a document of parental authorization upon arrival. Please contact the property for a template of the relevant authorization form. Please also note that the surcharge for bringing a pet is EUR 25 per night.
